As parents, we have all experienced moments of uncertainty: Is my child’s development on track? While well-meaning advice from others often pushes us to examine our children’s developmental milestones, it can also leave us feeling anxious about whether we are doing enough for our children. Social media has further amplified these feelings, making us question if our child is falling behind. The truth is, developmental progress varies greatly, each child has their own unique timeline, and remarkable strides can occur in just a few months.
If you find yourself caught in a cycle of questioning your parenting—wondering "Am I doing enough?" or "Is my child delayed?"—allow me to help you break free from that loop. The Developmental Dashboard is designed to transform your mindset from fear to empowerment.
What to expect?
We start with a comprehensive developmental analysis guided by your insights as a parent. We discuss strengths together and where changes can be made further your child’s development. If there are significant gaps, I will refer you to your pediatrician for further evaluation. From there, we focus on your family's strengths, as well as your goals for your family and child’s development. Together, we co-create play-based interventions and practical changes you can seamlessly integrate into your daily routine to support your child's growth.
This program is currently available for families with children ages 0-6 years. I invite you to book a complimentary twenty-minute discovery call, where I can briefly introduce myself and ensure I am a good fit for your family.

Developmental Dashboard
Intake Meeting (60 min.) We will begin by discussing all of your concerns, and if time allows, we will start the assessment.
Developmental Consultation I(60-90 min) During this session, we complete a comprehensive developmental screening using your input and age-based milestones from HELP Strands age 0-3 Plus or HELP age 3-6 Assessment Strands 2nd edition. A full report will be provided within three business days of our appointment, including recommended next-step milestones for your child.
Developmental Consultation II (60-90 min) In this consultation, we review the results of the developmental screening—focusing especially on your child’s and family’s strengths. Together, we design practical, easy-to-integrate activities that fit naturally into your daily routine. By combining my expertise in child development with your deep understanding of your child, we create a cohesive and personalized plan. A follow-up activity guide will be provided within three business days.
Follow-up consultation (60 min) Follow-up consultations are available as needed. If you find certain activities challenging or would like additional guidance, this session is here to support you. We also use this time to discuss next steps to continue supporting your child’s developmental progress. Additional follow-up sessions can be scheduled for $55 each.
